My fitness motivation

While Alina was pregnant with Hugo, I picked up my running to ensure I could run a 10k in less than an hour. I entered several races and this one was my favourite. Uphill half of the way and downhill to the finish. Sub 9-minute mile pace is good enough for me. I’m doing a fair bit of cycling at the moment so I need to translate that effort into some gentle jogs.
